Thrifty Things Friday #157

Hi everyone!

Wow, this is the last TTF party of April! Next party will be in may!

Time is flying by!

Well, we are happy you are here and thank you for joining the party!

Sometimes you don’t want anything on your front door. Or you are in between seasonal décor and just want something simple. That’s where I am right now. I removed my Easter wreath and haven’t made one for May yet.

My door looked pretty bare!

When I was at the Dollar Tree last week picking up some other things, I saw this “Welcome” Wall Cling. I thought that was perfect for my “in between” door decoration times.

I didn’t use the small little sentence that came with it because it would just be too small to read on the door.

I just used the “Welcome” part. So, for $1.00 I have a simple “Welcome Sign” for our door.

Okay, your turn to share you thriftiness with us!

  1. I love what you did with that on your door. I have seen them at Dollar Tree but wouldn't have thought about putting it on my door. I might just have to copy you. Thank you for hosting.

  8. Great idea Diann! I got excited until I remembered that my door is all glass on top. I'll see if it might still work. Joining in this week, thanks for hosting TTF!

  10. Great idea! I always have to have a wreath of some type. The basket of spring flowers I have now will take me to Memorial Day's Patriotic wreath, then the hydrangeas for summer. Thanks for hosting! All these link ups and they don't leave you a comment? That's not polite.
