Thrifty Things Friday #129

Hi everyone!

TTF CoHost 1

I just can’t believe it is October already! Time is just going at such an insane speed!

I have a couple of “apple” thrift finds to share today.

I picked up these cute apple candles at The Christmas Tree Shop.

They were regularly priced at $1.69 each but, they were clearanced to .50 cents each.

I bought this harvest table runner at a thrift store recently. It was .79 cents.

With the fruit and lots of apples in the design, I thought it was perfect for this time of the year.

There is still time to enter my giveaway. Two winners will each receive a coupon for a free package of the new Purex UltraPack laundry detergent and a coupon for a free bar of Fels Naptha.

I have been featuring a different linkup from the parties at my TTG FB page each day. Check it out!

Linda and I are excited to see what fun thriftiness you have to share with us!

  5. Some great apple thrift finds. I've not been in a thrift store in weeks! I'll be doing a post later for link up, I am so behind in my blogging life!!

  6. Hi Diann....Love the runner and the apples...prices can't be beat.

I liked you and Purex on Facebook.

(Hope they won't start bombarding me with ads, though.)

I would like the chance to try that detergent and the bar of soap. Susan

Thanks for you two hosting a fun party!

  10. I linked my "recipe" for making a gummy worm ice ring for Halloween punch, I hope that's ok, not really a thrifty find, but it does use a gelatin mold that people can usually find at yard sales and thrift stores - I just saw one when I was out junkin two days ago! Hope that's ok, I didn't have much this week that was thrifty but I wanted to party with y'all. Thanks for hosting the party. Take care - Dawn @ We Call It

  11. Great price - I finally got into a Christmas Tree Shop when I was in the US the other week - there's sure a lot to look at...

  12. Thanks for hosting
    always great to join in

  13. Thanks for hosting! Your apples look good enough to eat!
