Thrifty Things Friday #126

Hi everyone!

Welcome to this weeks TTF party!

TTF CoHost 1

Earlier this week I shared a simple tablescape featuring some thrifted retro Mikasa dishes.

After our dinner at this tablescape I set Troy and I a very simple “after dinner coffee”.

As you can see, nothing fancy going on here!

I just cleared the table of most of the dishes and set out some coffee. I used my recently thrifted Starbucks green pot.

The white mugs are everyday mugs that were given to us by Ruby Tuesdays (yes the restaurant. Long story…LOL).

I used these sweet orphaned thrifted windmill saucers.

We both wished I would have made some kind of yummy dessert to go with our coffee after dinner. But, alas, empty plates.

And for those following along with the TTG Reverse-Thrifting party, the two saucers have been donated.

Do you enjoy an after dinner coffee or tea?

Okay, on with party! Let’s see what wonderful thriftiness you have to share!

  1. What a lovely setting with the pretty china, just perfect for some tea or coffee after dinner. We mostly have them with no dessert too, lol! Thank you for the great party.

  5. No coffee or tea at dinnertime, no...were I in a restaurant I'd probably order some decaf.

Your little windmill saucers are adorable! :)
