Thrifty Things Friday #107

Hi everyone!

I hope you all have had a good week!

Everywhere I look all the forsythia bushes are in full bloom. I knew I had some forsythia flowers in my stash of faux flowers but, when I started to but a wreath together for the door, I didn’t have as many as I wanted to fill in the wreath.

I had a bunch of things to donate (Yup, still slowly Spring flinging throughout the house) so, I thought I would run in to the store after I donated my items to look for some spring flowers to add to my wreath.

Dropping off donations.

And this is what I found and BTW, the only thing I purchased.

I haven’t done any fluffing and adding to this wreath yet. This is exactly the way I bought it. You can see the yellow tag still hanging from the wreath.

$1.99! I couldn’t even come close to making this for that price! I am going to do a bit of fluffing and a bow on this wreath with some burlap I have on hand and I think it will be just perfect for a spring door wreath!

If you haven’t entered my Soft Scrub Mold & Mildew Stain Remover Gel giveaway yet, just clock the picture below! There will be two winners!

All right! Let’s get this party started!

I am posting early because I just switch to InLinkz and wanted to make sure it worked!

  12. You always find good prices on your thrifted items! Our stores here think they are high end retail stores- LOL! Seriously though- it takes a lot of looking to find a real bargain in the GW stores in this part of the state. I do much better at yard sales! Glad I could link up this week! :-) Sue
