Hi everyone!
I was at Value World with my 50% off total purchase price coupon and I found this set of grays and cream crocheted placemats. I knew I had nothing like them and I love cream and gray together. So, I had to snatch them up. It was a four piece set for $1.99 (after my 50% off).
They washed up great!
I used an aluminum thrifted dish, a plain clear glass dish and a cream candle.
Now check out some fun features from last week! Please feel free to grab the “I was featured” button with the code on my sidebar!
Now, we all have are different ideas of thriftiness but, Mz Helen has her very own special ideas of thriftiness! Want a chuckle, check it out at Dear Helen Hartman!
Over at Virginia Retro you can see the beautiful vintage blue Noritake dishes she found!
And I so enjoyed reading about Tammy’s son and his wonderful junkin’ skills at A Walk in the Countryside.
Thank you ladies for such fun posts!
Please remember to link your thrifty post directly to this party, not your blog URL. And when joining, please include this party’s link in your post.
Posts that do not have a link back to TTG will be featured. Thank you!
And EVERYONE would appreciate it if you would turn off your “word verification” in comments. It isn’t necessary and it is a complete pain! A lot of folks won’t leave a comment if you have the word verification. So, if you like comments, turn this feature off.
.Okay, on with the thriftiness!
Great deal on those placemats!
