Thrifty Things Friday #51

Hi everyone!

I hope you have all had a wonderful week and enjoyed the beautiful Spring weather we have been having.

Before we start, let’s get to our 2nd winner of my 3rd year anniversary giveaway!

The winner is……..

Michele

Michele @ The Nest at Finch Rest

Congrats Michele!

This week I took down the St. Patrick’s decorations and have added a little Easter.

I bought this vintage walnut dish at a thrift store with my 50% off coupon. It was marked $1.92 so I paid half that.

I had planned on putting a few natural dyed eggs (post coming soon) in this piece. But, at a stop at the dollar store, the princess loved these little bunnies and asked if we could buy them. And she thought they would be cute in this dish.

IMG_1205IMG_1206 To be honest, when doing holiday decorations, I try to do things that makes her smile. And that generally means any decorator look goes out the window. LOL But, it is much more fun to see her smile so, that is all the look I need!
