Hi everyone!
The weather here in Michigan has been gorgeous. Well, with the exception of one day last week when we were hit with tornedo's all around us. That was scary. We have never had tornedo’s this early in Michigan before.
I bought this pretty Spring teapot last year at a thrift store. I think I even paid full asking price for it! But, it is just the perfect Spring teapot!
Isn’t that the prettiest thing!
I love that it has the pretty floral pattern on the lid, handle and spout!
It is a Sadler teapot.
I am also sharing just a pretty dainty teacup and saucer.
Yes, another Christmas present from Troy. Now listen y’all, you need to not leave a comment saying what a sweet hubby his is! He is starting to get an inflated ego reading all your comments! LOL
Since the weather has been so beautiful, I also made a pitcher of fresh brewed iced tea! This is my favorite drink of Spring and Summer. I added a pinch of Lemon Verbena to it while it brewed. Just perfect!
I have lemon wedges for my hot tea and lemon slices for my iced tea. I am one of those people who actually likes to have a hot and a cold drink at the same time.
I picked up this lemon squeezer at the Market last weekend.
I think yellow just says Spring! I love these sweet yellow linen napkins with the pretty white detail work. They were bought at a thrift store a couple of years ago. The pretty yellow flower napkin rings were also a thrift find. Although they are new, they were reduced by 75%.
Not bad at .60 cents each.
I had to add a little real Spring nature to our tea today.
This is my first Spring tea. I hope you enjoyed it!
Oh, do you see that tiny bit of red by the handle of the teapot? That is my poinsettia! Still in full red bloom.
