A Simple Natural Fall Centerpiece

Hi everyone!

I wanted some autumn-ish on the coffee table but, it needed to be simple and be able to be moved easily. I had plenty of real gourds from our compost and from the high school we work with so, I knew I wanted to use them.

Autumn 2011 119A candle and this heavy hammered metal leaf tray would be the perfect foundation.

Autumn 2011 121  I had some cinnamon sticks so I made little bundles.

Autumn 2011 125 Autumn 2011 131 Autumn 2011 137 Autumn 2011 146 Mother Nature provides us with so much beautiful Autumn bounty, why not use them and enjoy them!

Autumn 2011 152nat Are you taking advantage of all the loveliness the Lord has provided for us? No need to go out and spend money on the faux beauty when a walk in a local park will glean you the real thing! Just use the things you find. No gourds? How about acorns, walnuts, chestnuts or other things that fall to the ground.
