Some Fun Pinks In the Parade

Hi everyone!

As all good small town festivals, the Maple Syrup Festival ended with it’s parade. I thought you might enjoy some of the “pinks” in the parade.

maple festival 2011 084You can’t have a parade without the Queen and her court on a float! One young lady had a bright fushia pink dress.

maple festival 2011 086And the Grand Marshals of the Parade were pulled by horses and cowgirls, one with a bright pink shirt.

  11. Love small towns, especially the parades. Your little princess is adorable in her pink shirt. Good for the owner of the pink concrete truck. What a victory and way to announce it! Happy Mother's Day to you. When I think of Maple Syrup it is always Vermont (I am from the NE) but your cowgirl and such make me believe this parade is more Midwest. Don't know any Carson City or Sheppard in VT. Wherever, parades are a wonderful part of life. Thank you for sharing.

  21. AWESOME pink truck! And what fun your parade looks to be. It brought back such fun family memories of the last parade I took my grandkids to. We actually knew some of the people in it which made it so special. It's been a few years so remembering it was a real treat! Thank you :)
