Hi everyone!
Woe is me. I thought my blue dish addiction was licked! I have been working very hard to ignore dishes in blues. I have a small village dish shop worth of just blue dishes! I do NOT need any more. I haven’t bought any in a long time. But, as my bum was sitting on the floor at a local thrift store grubbing through misc. dishes and glassware, I caught a peek of blue flowers. NO Diann! Just back away! Do not even look at them. Um, Diann, this is not how we back away and ignore the pretty blue dishes!
I so ignored my inner anti blue dish voice!
These were just so pretty!

This week’s Tablescape post will show the flower dishes and vases in it. I just love the blue dishes!

Now, I am just going to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee and read my new vintage blue book called, “Setting Your Table” Copyright 1941 and nibble on a couple of sugar cookies. Want to join me?

Thank you for stopping by and have a wonderful day!
I am joining:
Blue Monday
Mosaic Monday
Diann I am with you on the blue dishes! I would have bought those also, so pretty are those flowered plates! I picked up two blue plates myself last week. So hard to resist!

It's an endless cycle...one blue plate, then another and suddenly you must purchase a bigger china cabinet, and so it goes! I love blue and white dishes too! There's many worse things to be addicted to, but none as pretty and enjoyable. You found some beauties here! Best, Vicki

ReplyDeleteHappy Blue Monday, Diann.
So sweet! I have heard there is a 12-Step Program for many such addictions that afflict many out here in blogland. Some of us have so many addictions that the program doesn't even come close to beginning the healing process. Do you fit in this category. If so, I think you are in pretty good company, Diann. LOL!!!
ReplyDeleteCAS
