Easy Sugar Free Banana Cream Pie

Hi everyone!

This is a super easy sugar free banana pie recipe and you don’t miss the sugar!

Sugar free banana cream pie 002To make the crust, use a package of sugar free shortbread cookies.

Sugar free banana cream pie 003Just make it like you make a graham cracker crust. Crush the cookies into fine crumbs and add 4 Tablespoons of very soft butter. Mix well and  press into pie dish. Okay, here is a “Do as I say, not as I did” moment. You can see I did NOT crumble my cookies into a nice dust. When I was making this, my back was killing me and I did it quickly. It was still good but, hard to make “slices” for serving.

Sugar free banana cream pie 008In a bowl, mix with hand mixer:

1 package of sugar free banana pudding

1.5 cups of cold milk

Once it is completely mixed and starting to set up, slowly fold in one cup of sugar free CoolWhip.

  3. In proof that punctuation is everything I read the title first in my head like this, Easy, Sugar. Free Banana Cream Pie. Sigh. My mind doesn't do sugar and free in connection with each other and I have the thighs to prove it but actually may try this as am supposed to cut back. Thanks.

  25. If there is any left, I'll be right over. I don't use any of the sweetener as they taste chemically to me, but this looks so tasty that I'd make an exception.
