Don't You Love a Pretty Nightlight?

Hi everyone!

Today I am joining two wonderful bloggers for their Saturday parties.

Miss Laurie for A Few of My favorite Things Saturday

And

Miss Beverly for Pink Saturday

I love to have a soft glow in pretty much every one of the rooms in our home at night. When I get up in the middle of the night, the last thing I want to do is turn on a bright light to see my way.

I use small low wattage lamps all over the place in the dark corners. I have showed you some of them in the past so, I won't bore you with them today. LOL

But, I also like the little plug-in night lights.

I showed you this pretty ceramic rose covered teapot nightlight I got at TJ Maxx last Fall. It is in our small downstairs bathroom.

Isn't that just so sweet! I still absolutely love it!

I picked this one up at a thrift store while we were camping. My mom and I had a quick little thrifting adventure one day when Troy was taking a nap as was the princess and even my dad. So, the two of us snuck away for a much needed retail therapy adventure.

I saw this pretty ceramic nightlight with the soft pink and red roses and the pretty cutout detail and decided it needed to come home with me. It was $2.00.

I hope y'all have a wonderful weekend!

  1. Hi Diann,
I feel like you do regarding nightlights. In fact, we have one just like the one you showed of the cute little teapot! It's one of my favorites! We have them lit up all over the house. Another thing I do....is have the white single christmas candles lit up in the windows at night.

Really enjoy your blog! Thanks for everything.

    Hugs,
    LaDonna

  9. We love nightlights at our house too. We have one in every room. You can walk all through without turning on a light. I especially love yours with the cut work.

  17. These are so much prettier than the ugly plastic Glade ones that I have! I've been contemplating getting rid of them, because they only smell good for about a week. You've inspired me to toss them, and look for some pretty nightlights!
    Happy Pink Saturday!
