Some Treasure Finds

Oh, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE when I find a pretty soup tureen at a great price! And that is what I did a couple of weeks ago! I found this beautiful soup tureen at a Salvation Army I visited.

I also found this adorable little creamer. I will be using it for dressing this week. I just love the style and design of it.

This is a little silver divided serving dish. I got this at a Goodwil store a few weeks ago.

And Troy got me this pretty little W.S.George platter in the Bolero design at a Goodwill store he stopped at. I love this pattern.

I am joining Nifty Thrifty Tuesday and White Wednesday. Check out both these fun partie when you get a chance!

  2. OK I am starting to have serious 'tureen envy'
I look for them but they never look as cute as this or they want an arm and a leg for them. I know, I know..all comes to those who have patience and wait for thrifting Karma! Good thing it is summer so I have a chance to get one by the fall!! We don't eat much soup in the summer.

  5. Great finds. I have not found a tureen yet for a price I am willing to pay. I love your pretty little W.S.George platter. It looks good with the little bird next to it.

  8. Diann,

Once again, you have showed us some fantastic things that have all been found at Thrift Stores. When I mention to people that i work with that Thrift Stores are all "the thing", they look at me like I am out of my mind!

They don't know what they are missing, right???

    Hugs,
    Debbie
