Pretty Bargain Things Come in Three's

I want to thank Tam at The Gypsy's Corner for hosting "Three or More Tuesday" and Diane at A Picture is Worth a 1,000 words who host's "2nd Time Around". Make sure you stop by their blogs and say hi!

These 3 bone dishes were .75 cents each. The vendor only had the three. I would like to get a complete matching set but, these were a good bargain and I liked them. One is just a plain creamy white ironstone dish. The other 2 have designs on them. They were originally marked at $2.00 each.

This set of 3 pretty saucers were ,50 cents for all three. Buying sets of 3 are generally a lot cheaper than a set of 4 or more. Very few people want an odd number like 3. But, since I generally only buy 2 of a kind, these bargains are perfect for me!

  6. I think you are a Lucky Lady, too. You see Three is a magic number to the Eye of Composition. And you have two magic compositions just waiting to be arranged, and for nearly nothing! Great finds.

  8. Sweet! The paintings on them look a bit Bavarian...where are the dishes made?
I have always loved the gold trim pieces...sadly they cannot go in the dishwasher they say...but I don't have enough pieces to take that much time hand washing LOL.
