Menu Plan Monday

It's time to prep the menu for the week. Normally I just post my menu but, I though I would take a moment or two and talk about the awesome lady that hosts this weekly party, Laura. Laura's blog I'm an Organizing Junkie is truly an awesome blog. She has some of the best organizing tips out there in the blogoshere!   2. Happy New Year Diann. I am somewhere between you and Fifi Flowers above in my planning abilities! Your menu plans remind me of an old magazine called, I think, Women's Day that I used to read years ago. It had weekly plans for thrifty meals and was a real help when I was working and had a houseful of kids. It gets easier, but we get older ;>)
