Vintage Thingie Thursday

Hi everyone! It's "Vintage Thingie Thursday" over at Suzanne's blog, Coloradolady! Stop by and say hi!

I have a couple of recent finds. I am sorry for the lovely pink blanket as a background. LOL We are in our trailer right now and it was the best I could do.

I picked this up at a second hand store for $1.50. It is a hand embroidered table runner. It also has 2 matching napkins.

This a Pyrex serving platter. I love the design and the color. It was $1.00

I got this set of 6 Jell-o tin molds today at an Antique store. They even have the "Jell-o" Logo Punched into the tin.

  11. Oooo, I love everything you've shown...and though my collections are small yet, I collect them all.I always wonder, who could have gotten rid of such wonderful things. Happy VTT, and have a lovely weekend.

  12. Happy VTT! Tin molds work very well for jello. When ready to unmold, place one in a bowl of warm water just until the metal expands slightly, releasing the jello.

    Happy VTT!

  15. I love those jello molds! One year we made dozens of little cakes baked in little jello molds for a Christmas buffet - we frosted them and decorated them and they were gone before the main course was set out!!
