Rednesday

Hi everyone! Today is Rednesday over at It's a Very Cherry World!. Our hostess is Sue and she invites everyone to post about something red and linkup to the party. Stop by her blog and say hi and check out all the Reds being featured today!

I found these red and white plates and bowls at The Dollar Tree. I searched around the store but, they didn't have any salad plates. Oh well. I think these will look nice mixed up with some solid red or white dinnerware.

I love that they aren't Christmas dishes and can be used all year. But, I think they have enough of a holiday look that I can use them during the Christmas season.

  2. What very pretty dishes. They sure don't look like anything at our dollar tree.

  4. I keep looking at those plates every time I go to Dollar Tree, and the only thing stopping me from buying them is that I have nowhere to store them! They're so pretty, and you're right, they are definitely festive enough for Christmas!
    Happy Rednesday!

  5. Hi Diann...

Oooh...I do love those pretty plates, my friend! I have seen them at our local Dollar Tree and pick them up every time I go in there! Hehe! I love the red floral pattern...so very pretty! And you're absolutely right...they would be perfect for Christmas as well as any time of the year! Are you planning a tablescape for us to see? I would love to see them set up on the table!

    Great treasure find, my friend!
    Warmest wishes,

PS...I never seen anything but the plates and bowls in this pattern as well!

  6. The dollar store???
    Imagine that.
Apparently the $ store is far better than the 99 cent store. I never find such goodies there!

  7. I just love red and white that isn't a distinct Christmas pattern because it CAN be used all year and still look especially festive at Christmas! Great find.
