New Month, New Goals

I meant to write this post earlier this week but, we have been busy since we got to our trailer.

It's a new month and for me that means I have to decide what "projects" I need to set as goals for this month. Unfortunately I am not talking about fun projects, I'm talking about things that need to get done around the house. You know the ones I am talking about. The areas in our home that really aren't part of our everyday cleaning.

Do you set yourself goals for each month? I try to limit them to 3 goals per month that way I don't get all bogged down trying to get a million things done this month along with everything else that goes on in our lives.

My 3 goals for this month are:

** Clean/Organize and purge my linen closet

** Clean/Organize and purge the base cabinets in the bathroom.

** Clean/Organize and purge the coat closet.

If I get brave I will try to include before and after pictures. LOL

What are your goals for this month regarding projects in your home? Please feel free to post your goals and then leave a comment on this post with the link back to your blog so we can see what you are tackling this month.

  1. This is a great idea. I make a list sometimes every week. I had to send out your box, mails other things and do Thank you cards, and clean house. I love lists...

  2. This is a great idea! I make lists...and check them off as I go. This is the only way I can stay on track. Thanks for sharing...and thanks for visiting me today...

  3. I will dust and scrub down as I transition from fall to Christmas decor. I use the decorating to get me to get the dog hair and dust out of my house!!
