Menu Plan Monday

Hi everyone! We got home tonight from a week of camping. We had a blast! Yes, it was rainy and quite chilly but, that is Autumn! We have a furnace in the trailer and of course we had plenty of warm clothes so, a little rain and cool weather did not deter us one bit!

This was at one of the Farms we visited. They had a little ice cream shop and a bunch of pumpkins outside. As you can see, it was really raining!

We spent a week of checking out several small fun little towns, apple orchards, pumpkin patches, antique stores, petting zoo and we even got to see a local town's Homecoming parade! We stayed very busy and really enjoyed everything Autumn had to offer. We even stopped at a roadside park, enjoyed a picnic and gathered acorns for a little Fall decor.

So, this coming week, our menu is going to be "TNT" meals (Tried N True). I have a lot of other things I need to get done this coming week, so simplicity is my friend!

So, here is our menu for the coming week:

Ham Steaks cooked in Homemade Apricot Jam, Soy Sauce and seasonings

Baked Potato Soup using leftover Ham
Homemade Bread

Taco Casserole

Baked Fish
Baked Potatoes

Chicken Lemon Rice Soup (using homemade stock and chopped bits of chicken from leftovers past)
Grilled Pita Bread

Grilled Cheese Sandwiches on Homemade Bread
Leftover soup(s)

Roasted Rosemary Chicken
Buttered Noodles
Pear Walnut Spinach Salad

What I will have to buy for the week's menu:

Pita Bread
Fresh Veggies
Sour Cream
