Homemade Trick or Treat bag - No Sew!

I saw this cute no sew bag and thought I would share it with you.

I love when I can find something quick and thrifty to make that is so cute. Sometimes you just want to do a craft project but, you either don't have a ton of time or you just want some "instant gratification"! And that is what this idea is to me.

Here is a little sneak into what it takes to make this bag:
It whips up in about 30 minutes or less, and costs about $2.00. Yep! 2 bucks! You can’t beat that! It’s the perfect size for carrying library books, piano books, and with a Halloween print, perfect for Trick-or-Treating!

To make your own Knotted Handkerchief Bag, you need:

*2 coordinating handkerchiefs (I found a whole bunch at Wal-Mart for $1, including the fun Halloween print that you’ll see in the photos!)

*Scissors

*Pins

*Optional: marking ruler and water soluble pencil

How cute and easy is that? $2.00, 30 minutes! I love this!

  3. What a wonderful idea! It's kind of a take on those "tied blankets", isn't it? What a fun festive touch for the holiday.
