A couple of Goodwill finds

While we were driving from our campground in Michigan to the campground in Ohio, we stopped at a Goodwill Store. We don't have any Goodwill stores near our home so, I always get excited when I see one. LOL It was a rather small thrift store and they didn't have a lot that interested me. However, I did pick up 2 items. Both were marked a $1.99 but, they were half off that day. So, each cost me a $1.00.

As you can probably tell by all my recent flea market/thrift store/antique mall/yard sales, I have been really hooked on getting some fun and pretty Autumn items. And well, I have just been having fun going to all these places!

Here are my two items from Goodwill:
This little bowl is tin. I just really like the style and the motif on it

Just a nice large charger plate with a "fallish" theme to it

As you can see, the plate is larger than my counter here in our trailer! LOL

This item still had the original price tag on it for $12.99

  1. Bargain hunting is fun, isn't it? At Goodwill I bought a $1 necklace of small shells to take apart and use other ways and a blouse to cut up for the fabric.

  4. Those do have a definite fall look to them. I would not have known the first one was tin if you hadn't said so. Treasures are always better when they are a bargain! Good job!
