Antique Mall Finds

Yesterday my mom and I stopped at an Antique Mall that was near Sauder Village. I saw a ton of stuff I would love but, the prices were way too high for me. I did find a couple of vendor booths that were having 50% off sales. So, I found a couple of things I liked at their booths. As you can tell by the outdoor picnic table photos we are still camping. It is so beautiful here in northern Ohio. The weather has been just perfect during the day. And in the evenings it has dropped down so that sitting around a campfire is enjoyable.

I collect old teacups and saucers. This is my first one wih orange flowers. The set was $3.00

A pretty little Amber Copote. It was $1.50

I just loved this little covered dish. I think it will be perfect with cranberry salad in it on my Thanksgiving table. It was $2.50

This pretty set of 5 goblets, that's all they had, are rimmed in gold and have gold and white roses on them. They were $1.00 each

This little amber irridescent sunflower bowl was $2.00

Another litle amber irridescent sunflower "celery bowl" I just love these. The amber irridescent reminds me of my Great Grandmother. She had several similar pieces. This cost $1.50

  2. The amber dishes are so pretty! My mom had some of that irridescent stuff too, except that the background color was dark, kind of brown. I think you got a really good deal on the teacup too.

  8. Wow what great finds! I agree, the prices at the antique malls can be way out of range. Still you never know when you might find a treasure at a bargain price :-)
