Chex Mix Turtle Bars Review/Giveaway!

Have you tried the new Chex Mix Turtle bars yet? If you have, you know how yummy and ooey gooey they are! That is a technical term, “ooey and gooey”. LOL Seriously though, check out the picture above. That is one yummy snack bar! I had the opportunity to try them thanks to the good folks at MyBlogSpark. Here is the awesome thing about them, besides the “ooey and gooey” factor, they are only 130 calories for the entire bar!

A lot of the cereal bars out there are very good, however, when you are really, and I mean REALLY craving something “ooey and gooey” but know that a candy bar is going to be a bazillion calories, the Chex Mix Turtle Bars are the answer! They will completely fulfill that “I really need something sweet NOW” factor!

I was surprised after I ate one and then read the calorie count. I would have thought they would have been a lot closer to the calories of a candy bar because of the richness.

And what is better than “ooey and gooey” you ask? How about getting “ooey and gooey” FREE!!!

The folks at MyBlogSpark are offering 3 of my readers the chance to win 2 boxes of Chex Mix Turtle Bars delivered right to their door!

How do you get your hands on a couple free boxes of these yummy treats? Well, you have several ways to enter.

  1. My favorite snack has to be Smores with dark chocolate and bananas. Yummy, yummy, yummy!

  2. For Ooey and Gooey, nothing beats a Milky Way bar.
Try this: slice a banana lengthwise, without peeling it. Try not to cut through the bottom side of the peel. Put two bite size, or one regular sized, Milky Way bar inside. Now it can either be popped in the oven, or wrapped in foil and cooked in the campfire.

Best if eaten hot, but be careful, if you drip the hot caramel on your skin, it sticks, and doesn't wipe off easily and keeps burning...

  7. We tried something new my sister-in-law made up the other day. It's got popcorn and melted chocolate chips in it, and might have nuts and something else in it. It's really yummy and ooey and gooey as all get out. I'll have to get the recipe from her. She had it in a glass pan. MMMMMM. ;o)
