Menu Plan Monday


Monday:
Maple Glazed Stuffed Pork roast
Herbed roasted potatoes
salad

TUESDAY
Nachos, burritos and tacos...make it yourself "Mexican bar"
Baked potatoes (stuff with whatever you like)

WEDNESDAY
Grilled perch
grilled veggies
rice (coconut milk, pineapple, mandarin oranges, Chinese spices and soy sauce)

THURSDAY
Grilled chicken sandwiches
avocado hummus with grilled pita bread and sliced red/yellow/green peppers
cantaloupe with cottage cheese (drizzled with honey and balsamic vinegar and sprinkled with sliced almonds and dried cherries)

FRIDAY

Grilled hamburgers
corn on the cob

SATURDAY
Go out to dinner (hubby's B-Day)

SUNDAY
C.O.R.N (clean out refrigerator night)
