Tasty Thriftiness

As I have mentioned more times than I can count (LOL), Hubby and I really enjoy gardening. At our current residence, we don't have a lot of room for a wonderful full-blown garden, however, with time and creativity, we have niched out a rather impressive herbal garden along with a few veggies and berries.

Troy, the "Hubs" and blogger (I Refuse to Recede) has decided to feature each of the herbs we are growing and post an extensive informative and interesting weekly post regarding that herb. While he does research on each of these herbs, he and I both are learning some cool new facts.

For his first post in this series,(and yes, I will be posting them as 'guest posts' in this blog weekly) he is talking about Oregano. He has some great information and "how-to's" available.

So, I hope you will check it out and enjoy it each week. Feel free to leave a comment on either or both of our blogs. And we would love to see a picture of your herbs as well!

Here is the first post in this series....Oregano

A side note: You know the line from the Christmas story that says "Sugar plums danced in their heads"? Well, I can honestly tell you, with Troy, it's "And lasagna danced in his head!" (this will make more sense after you read his post. LOL)
