Menu Planning Monday



This week we are really, and I mean really going to be focusing on shopping and cooking out of our pantry. I don't plan on going to the grocery store for food this week. So, the recipes for our menu will be made from items we have "in stock".

MONDAY

Country Pie

TUESDAY

Stroking Chicken (have no idea why it is called that LOL)

WEDNESDAY

Reggae-Wraps (using the leftover chicken from tuesday)

THURSDAY

Fiesta Casserole (our non-meat meal)

FRIDAY

Baked Pork chops with glazed apples (I am using pork loins that I got marked down)

SATURDAY

Spaghetti dinner at the campgound

SUNDAY

Soup or chili over the campfire.

All dinners will include either fresh or frozen vegggies and applesauce, fruit salad, jello or pudding.
